Mandavraiji Bhagwan (Surya Bhagwan) is the Esthdev (Kuldevta) of the Muli Royal Family.
Laghdhirsinhji I founded the Kingdom of Muli in 1215 Vikram Samvat ie. 1158 AD in Saurashtra. He travelled from Tharparkar in Sind region to Muli. He carried with him the 5 idols of Bhagwan Mandavraiji in a chariot namely:
Dhar Devi Amba is the Kuldevi of the Muli Royal Family. The Dhar Devi Amba is installed at the Juna Darbargadh (which was the private residence of the HH Thakore Saheb of Muli).
The HH Thakore Saheb of Muli performs the Traditional Haavan on the 8th day of Navratri at the Juna Darbargadh for the Kuldevi every year. This tradition and custom followed for centuries.

Jhaumbai Ma Temple – War Memorial, Muli:
Jagdevsinhji was the 10th HH Thakore Saheb of Muli. During the tenure of Jagdevsinhji that the famous Partridge War was fought in 1693 vikramsamvat in which Munjaji II (2nd son of Jagdevsinhji) died along with 140 brave warriors. Muli State won the war against the Chabad Rajputs in which over 500 Chabads were killed. A significant battle was fought, driven by the deep reverence for this bird. The Parmars, the noble rulers of Muli, took a sacred vow never to harm or kill a partridge.
The Chamunda Temple is located in Chotila, a small town having population of around 20,000 people in Surendranagar district, Gujarat. The Chamunda Mataji temple is situated at the top of the Chotila Hill. The Chotila hill is around 1250 feet high and is located around 35 kms from Ambika Nivas Palace, Muli.
The ancient Trineteshwar Temple in Tarnetar is located at a distance of 9 kms from the town of Thangadh. It is believed that the temple belongs to the Solanki Era. The Pratihara kings, predominantly the worshippers of Lord Shiva were great builders and architecturally brilliant. They were ardent patrons of art and sculpture.
The Vadvala Temple in Dudhai is located 20 kms from the Ambika Nivas Palace, Muli. It is very significant temple for the Rabari community. The temple has an idol of Lord Shree Ram. It was built almost 300 years ago.

The Trimandir Temple complex covers an area of 13,190 sq ft, while the temple podium is 5,656 sq ft. The entire complex is surrounded by a lush, green garden with benches, as well as a beautiful fountain at the centre.
The Hanuman Temple in Salangpur is a Hindu temple located in Salangpur, Gujarat under the Vadtal Gadi of the Swaminarayan Sampraday. It is the only Swaminarayan Temple which does not have the Murtis (Idols) of either Lord Krishna or Lord Swaminarayan as the primary deity of worship. It is dedicated to Hanumanji in the form of Kastbhanjan (Crusher of sorrows).
